The hedgefunds were the one massive profiting from the market using their darkpools, naked shorts and FTDs (“regular practices”) at the expenses of retailers. When caught by the retailers or apes during the$GameStop(GME)$and $AMC Entertainment(AMC)$rally, they did not choose to close their shorts and instead double down on betsagainst the retailers. Justice will eventually prevail and hopefully SEC acts on them sooner or later!
Sec should start regulating the dark pools and blatant manipulation by hedge funds on the stock markets. They want to be able to manipulate the crypto market as well.
