$PROPNEX LIMITED(OYY.SI)$This morning portfolio was still down a few percentage as I had bought a few months ago when price was above 1.80. Finally, managed to turn loss to profits.  

Hi Tiger Broker, I really missed the  $10 commission rebates for buying stocks. Would you be putting this back in the rewards centre soon?

$PROPNEX LIMITED(OYY.SI)$Anyone knows when the earnings and dividend will be given out. I think it is still undervalued after calculating its intrinsic value, pb ratio and it give high dividend, though it has not appreciated since I last bought it.

EV stocks are generally very volatile and not suitable for retail investors unless one have very high risk tolerance. Regret not doing enough homework before investing in them. E.g. Xpev rose to $74 in 2020, then dipped to $22 in 2022, rose back to $55 and dipped back to $30.Tesla $800, $500, $1200, $800.The same applies for other EV too.My future outlook for EV is that while it may be mainstream in the future, moat is very weak, as there will be more competitors with better technologies entering the market. Profit margin will be low so think twice before investing in EV or Automobile industry. 

$Sea Ltd(SE)$New year sale for the stock but no one's buying.   Seems like it will be one of the worst year for growth stock.
