<span>2024年9月，乐道品牌的首款车型乐道L60正式上市。在乐道L60上市当晚，蔚来创始人、董事长、CEO李斌发布短视频称这款新车“爆单”了。根据李斌在采访中对外公布的规划，乐道L60在2024年10月的产能预计会超过5000台，并在12月份提升至1万台以上。2025年1月份，该车的产能将至少达到1.6万台，并在3月爬升至2万台的水准。</span></p>\n<p> <span>蔚来后续公布的数据显示，乐道L60在2024年10月交付新车4319台，2024年11月交付新车5082台。产能爬坡和交付的表现中规中矩，与蔚来宣称的“爆单”还有差距。</span></p>\n<p> <span>面对外界舆论压力，在2024年11月的广州国际车展上，乐道汽车总裁艾铁成</span><span>“</span><span>急了</span><span>”</span><span>，他给出了一个清晰的目标：2024年12月单月交付破万台，2025年1-2月冲击1.5万台，3月达到2万台。甚至还立下了一个Flag：完不成就下课。</span></p>\n<p> <span>2024年12月，乐道品牌交付新车10528台，算是完成了艾铁成设定的第一个目标。不过从今年1月的交付情况来看，乐道5912台的交付量距离目标差距巨大，今年3月又能否达到2万台？更是未知数。</span></p>\n<p> <span>在此背景下，乐道也是频陷舆论风波，出现了强制员工购车，以及订单造假的传闻。</span></p>\n<p> <span>今年1月，社交平台一则聊天记录截图显示，“乐道汽车强制要求每位销售人员都要买一台自家车，不买就滚蛋。公司说半年后回收，却没有任何合同协议。”同时还有汽车博主爆料称</span><span>，</span><span>某汽车品牌存在订单造假问题，导致积压大量现车，此事也指向了乐道。</span></p>\n<p> <span>负责销售业务的乐道副总裁夏庆华出面回应</span><span>称</span><span>，所谓的强迫员工购车，实际上是面向一线同事的购车政策倾斜；至于订单造假，他认为是乐道遭人嫉恨被恶意攻击。</span></p>\n<div><img <span>2月18日，该员工再次发帖称，公司没有强制要求购车，为此前的激进举动道歉，并称HR已经和自己沟通，撤回了之前的公司通报。</span></p>\n<p> <strong><span>蔚来“多生孩子”策略靠谱吗</span></strong><strong><span>？</span></strong></p>\n<p> <span>2024年，可谓是蔚来的多事之秋。</span></p>\n<p> <span>蔚来此前公布的2024年第三季度财报显示，期内公司收入总额为186.735亿元，同比下降2.1%；净亏损为50.597亿元，同比扩大11%。</span></p>\n<p> <span>财务状况持续未有好转之下，蔚来也是频频陷入被收购、破产倒闭等传闻之中。</span></p>\n<p> <span>2024年8月，有市场传言称，蔚来汽车正式宣布破产。蔚来法务部随后发布公告声称，制造恶意谣言的当事人已被警方抓获；2024年11月，有认证为<span><a 蔚来后续公布的数据显示，乐道L60在2024年10月交付新车4319台，2024年11月交付新车5082台。产能爬坡和交付的表现中规中矩，与蔚来宣称的“爆单”还有差距。\n 面对外界舆论压力，在2024年11月的广州国际车展上，乐道汽车总裁艾铁成“急了”，他给出了一个清晰的目标：2024年12月单月交付破万台，2025年1-2月冲击1.5万台，3月达到2万台。甚至还立下了一个Flag：完不成就下课。\n 2024年12月，乐道品牌交付新车10528台，算是完成了艾铁成设定的第一个目标。不过从今年1月的交付情况来看，乐道5912台的交付量距离目标差距巨大，今年3月又能否达到2万台？更是未知数。\n 在此背景下，乐道也是频陷舆论风波，出现了强制员工购车，以及订单造假的传闻。\n 今年1月，社交平台一则聊天记录截图显示，“乐道汽车强制要求每位销售人员都要买一台自家车，不买就滚蛋。公司说半年后回收，却没有任何合同协议。”同时还有汽车博主爆料称，某汽车品牌存在订单造假问题，导致积压大量现车，此事也指向了乐道。\n 负责销售业务的乐道副总裁夏庆华出面回应称，所谓的强迫员工购车，实际上是面向一线同事的购车政策倾斜；至于订单造假，他认为是乐道遭人嫉恨被恶意攻击。\n\n 最近，又有乐道员工在社交平台发帖称，公司要求必须内购买车，为了给门店引流，他把自己的车辆挂到了闲鱼上，却被公司内部通报踩了红线“劝退”。乐道相关人士对外回应称，从未强制员工购车，该员工是因为享受公司内购优惠政策购买乐道L60后，违规委托二手车商转卖车辆，违反了公司的限售承诺，经过协商后离职。\n 2月18日，该员工再次发帖称，公司没有强制要求购车，为此前的激进举动道歉，并称HR已经和自己沟通，撤回了之前的公司通报。\n 蔚来“多生孩子”策略靠谱吗？\n 2024年，可谓是蔚来的多事之秋。\n 蔚来此前公布的2024年第三季度财报显示，期内公司收入总额为186.735亿元，同比下降2.1%；净亏损为50.597亿元，同比扩大11%。\n 财务状况持续未有好转之下，蔚来也是频频陷入被收购、破产倒闭等传闻之中。\n 2024年8月，有市场传言称，蔚来汽车正式宣布破产。蔚来法务部随后发布公告声称，制造恶意谣言的当事人已被警方抓获；2024年11月，有认证为比亚迪员工的人士称，比亚迪与蔚来集团合作成立比未来汽车集团，收购后，新集团直接控股蔚来汽车。比亚迪和蔚来高管先后出面辟谣；今年1月，海通国际更是在研报中猜测， 2025年小米将收购蔚来。\n 面对外界不断的舆论压力，蔚来法务部于本月发布公告，宣布将以最高100万元的奖励金额，面向社会公开征集黑公关和网络水军恶意攻击的线索和证据。\n 而在销量方面，蔚来采取的是“多生孩子”的策略。李斌曾表示，蔚来自成立之初就想做多品牌，实现对多个价格区间的覆盖。随着萤火虫在NIO Day 2024上正式发布，蔚来已经集齐了蔚来、乐道和萤火虫三大品牌，分别针对高端市场、家庭市场和个性化市场。\n 在2024年第三季度财报电话会议上，李斌给出的目标是2025年实现销量翻倍增长，2026年实现盈利。\n\n
