$CACHE LOGISTICS TRUST(K2LU.SI)$As ARA merges with ESR, the combined entity will own ESR-REIT, Sabana and ARA LOGOS. If my memory served me right, when CapitaLand and Ascendas merged, they had to merge their hospitality REITs too, where we saw Ascott Residence Trust paying about 10% premium for Ascendas Hospitality Trust. A potential merger arbitrage play here in the next 6-12 months time.
