When the Telco has outage , they did a good service recovery by offering free data or talk time etc. For the banks whose outage exceed the reasonable time span of more than 4 hours, isn’t it reasonable for the depositors to demand some formof service recovery like 1 time free money or 1 time higher deposit interest rate? Why the disparity??
