referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p><p>与此同时，罗素3000指数中有近600只股票的股价突破了100美元。然而，随着大量散户涌入美股市场，以及零星股票(fractional shares，即投资者可以买入1股的一部分，而不需要以1股为单位买入股票)的兴起，围绕拆股是否会影响股价表现的争论也愈演愈烈。</p><p>公司进行拆股的一般动机为降低股票价格，吸引更多资金量小的投资者，从而增加股票交易流动性。这种做法曾是牛市的可靠标志。2006年和2007年，当美国股市再创新高时，47只标普500指数成分股拆股，其中英伟达、帕卡(PCAR.US)和康明斯(CMI.US)进行了两次拆股计划。2019年，仅两家公司拆股。</p><p>JMP证券首席执行官Mark Lehmann表示，从数学层面来讲，分拆股票的想法是没有价值的，但部分投资者对某个股票的特定价格持观望态度。</p><p>BTIG首席股票和衍生品策略师Julian Emanuel表示，由于不收取佣金的交易以及券商提供零星股票的做法越来越多，拆股显得越来越没有意义。这些发展在很大程度上让公司股价的美元价值变得无关紧要。据悉，Robinhood推出零星股票交易服务，最低投资额1美元。</p><p>近期的拆股热潮引发了人们的猜测，有分析师认为亚马逊(AMZN.US)等股价高达四位数的大型科技公司可能是下一家宣布拆股计划的企业。亚马逊上市以来仅进行三次拆股，第三次发生在1999年。目前，该公司的股价在3200美元附近震荡，自1999年拆股以来涨幅超过5000%。</p><p>数据显示，在过去五年中，在宣布拆股的那一年，这些公司的平均表现往往跑赢标普500指数。然而，在此之后的日历年里，这些股票在五年里有四年表现不佳。不管历史表现如何，散户交易的激增可能正在改变公司针对拆股计划的评估方法。</p><p>彭博行业研究(Bloomberg Intelligence)市场结构研究主管Larry Tabb表示，美国散户投资者目前在股票交易方面仅次于做市商和独立高频交易员。Tabb称，散户投资者规模现已超过量化投资者、对冲基金和只做多的交易员。</p><p>Jensen投资管理公司的投资组合经理Kevin
