I have two questions want to share and looking for answers

1. aqb produced 84 tons and sales for $402,000.

84 tons =168000 lb

402000/168000=2.39$/lb

Is this selling price, why so cheap?

2. According to Wulf, “Customer interest in purchasing our salmon remains high and continues to surpass our current ability to supply, as we have been challenged by the labor shortages that have affected the food service industry which currently limits the amount of salmon we can harvest and process below the farm's 100 tons per month capacity”

84/3=28

Can labor shortage bring the amount from 100 down to 28, more than 60%? Want more details.

    My understanding is that the production volume is not equal to the sales volume, because there will be some losses in processing, or there may not be all sales. Sales should be divided by sales, not production.
